Defining Audiences and Strategies
I led a series of content and strategy workshops to define audiences, their needs, and the content flows that would support them. My role during this phase was to synthesize our research into a Strategic document that would guide future IA and design work.
A Highly Visible History
I especially enjoyed the photo research that went along with their issue areas. I found lots of historical lithographs and images from after the 2nd Founding (the period following the Civil War, when President Lincoln and his generation secured the passage of the Thirteenth, Fourteenth, and Fifteenth Amendments).
